A message from Pepperdata CEO, Ash Munshi
Working closely with our customers, communities, and employees is core to who we are at Pepperdata. With the confusion and apprehension regarding the COVID-19 crisis, I wanted to share with you the actions we are taking to support others during this difficult time.
Pepperdata is committed to providing the highest quality of service and support while protecting the health of our teams and extended communities. We recognize that your ability to conduct digital business is critical, and the performance of your data platforms is more important than ever.
- Team Support: Our first priority is to help our customers keep their teams safe. Like many of our customers, we implemented a mandatory work from home policy for all employees to protect their health and limit the spread of the coronavirus. Additionally, all travel, physical company gatherings, and global events are suspended or canceled. We’ve implemented this policy with a focus on protecting everyone while ensuring that we remain connected, productive, and can work securely.
- Business Continuity: We are maintaining our SaaS operations, support offerings for all customers (SaaS and on-premises), and professional services throughout this period, and leveraging remote access technologies for virtual meetings, support, and incident response.
