Our new partners are industry leaders who understand Big Data and bring expertise to ensure customers can rapidly deploy Pepperdata to solve their challenges and improve performance.

We are also delighted to announce our first two partners in the program: Cloudwick, the leading enterprise data lake company to the Global 1000, and Trace3, the premier technology solutions provider for medium- and large-sized enterprise clients, have joined the Pepperdata Partner Program.

Is this the first Pepperdata partner program, or an expansion/enhancement of an existing program?

For years we’ve had strong working relationships and joint customers with the distribution vendors like Cloudera, Hortonworks, and MapR. This is the first time we’ve had a partner program with systems integrators who are focused on helping their customers with Big Data implementations and management.

What prompted the need for the program?

As we’ve been working directly with our own customers, we see solution providers like Cloudwick and Trace3 having a strong presence in the market and helping their customers make sense of the Big Data landscape. It makes perfect sense for us to work even more closely with them so that they can use our product suite to make their customers’ Big Data deployments successful.

Does the new program eliminate barriers/issues partners have been facing in this space? If so, how?

The new program helps our partners solve challenging performance problems for their customers and make their Big Data implementations successful. With the new program, our partners can combine their expertise with the Pepperdata product suite to diagnose and automatically solve performance problems in their customers’ Big Data systems.

How does the program fit into the overall channel strategy for Pepperdata?

We’ve already been working closely with Hadoop and Spark distribution vendors like Cloudera, Hortonworks, and MapR, and some of our deals have been done through resellers. With this new partner program, firms like Cloudwick and Trace3 that are experts in implementing Big Data systems can now provide the entire Pepperdata software suite to their customers, as well as using it directly to help their customers manage their deployments.
